Siki Studio respects your privacy and collects only what is needed to take, make and deliver your order.
Information We Collect
When you order, enquire or book a commission, Siki Studio may collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you provide one), order details, personalisation requests, and any reference photos you send for a commission. Messages sent by email, the contact form or Instagram are also kept.
How We Use It
Your information is used to process payments, make and deliver your order, reply to you, and keep records of sales. Reference photos are used only to create your commission. Siki Studio does not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Payments
Card payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and Siki Studio does not see or store your card details. If you pay by bank transfer or PayID, your name and account details appear in Siki Studio's bank records as part of the transaction.
Who We Share It With
Information is shared only with the services needed to run your order: payment providers, postal and courier carriers (which receive your name, address and, for some destinations, phone number or email), and the website platform that hosts this site. These providers may store data outside Australia. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
Cookies
This website may use cookies and similar technology to keep the site working, remember your cart and understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.
Storage & Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations. Reference photos are deleted after your commission is completed unless you ask for them to be kept sooner or longer. Siki Studio takes reasonable steps to keep your information secure, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information Siki Studio holds about you, subject to any records that must be kept by law. To do so, or to ask any privacy question, email sikistudio.au@gmail.com.
