Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of Siki Studio artworks, exchanges or refunds are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

Please ensure all order details, sizes, framing selections, and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Siki Studio within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of:

The artwork
The packaging
Any visible damage

Where appropriate, replacement artworks will be offered following assessment of the issue.

Custom Commissions

Deposits paid for custom commissions are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Due to the personalised nature of commissioned artwork, completed commissions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

Siki Studio offers free shipping on all Australian orders.

International shipping rates are calculated based on the size of the artwork and destination region. Shipping costs may vary between countries and continents due to carrier pricing and customs requirements.

Framed artworks are currently available within Australia only. International orders are shipped unframed to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional processing fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and postal carrier delays.

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery where available. While Siki Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs processing, assistance will be provided in the event of a lost parcel claim.
