These terms apply to everything bought from Siki Studio (sikistudio.com.au) and to commissions arranged through the website, Instagram or in person. By placing an order or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms, the Shipping & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prints & Editions
Limited edition prints are numbered and signed. Once a limited edition sells out, it is not reproduced in the same size and format. Open edition prints have no set number, may be reprinted, and are signed on request. Each product page shows which sizes are limited and which are open.
Prints are sold unframed. Framing is available on request for Australian orders only and is quoted separately.
Prints include a 2cm handling border by default, or are borderless on request. The border is added outside the listed image size, so the artwork dimensions don't change. Prints without a border are more prone to edge scuffs and handling damage.
You can ask for a signature or a short message on any print. Siki Studio may decline messages it considers inappropriate.
Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed artworks because of screen settings and printing processes.
Commissions
Commissions are custom artworks made to order. Prices depend on size, subject and detail, and are confirmed before you book.
A 50% deposit secures your booking and covers planning and starting the artwork. The balance is due before delivery or collection. Deposit refunds are covered in the Shipping & Refund Policy.
Please supply clear reference photos and confirm you have the right to use them. Siki Studio may decline a subject.
Commissions are normally shared once finished. If you would like a pencil-stage preview before any marker goes down, or a photo of the finished piece before delivery, request it when booking. One round of revisions is included: changes to a pencil preview, or small corrections to a finished piece where they can be made without redrawing. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving a preview. Larger changes after the marker is down are treated as a new commission. No changes can be made after delivery.
Completion times are estimates and vary with workload, complexity and communication.
Copyright & Usage
All artwork, imagery and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Siki Studio unless agreed otherwise in writing. Buying an artwork or print transfers the physical item, not the copyright.
Purchased prints and original artworks may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without written permission. Digital commission files may be used for any non-commercial purpose, including printing, gifting and sharing. Commercial use requires written permission.
Siki Studio may photograph and display commissioned works for portfolio, website and promotional purposes unless you ask otherwise before work begins.
General
Siki Studio may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
